Leadership blindspots are just like the ones we have in our cars; they prevent us from plainly seeing all the necessary viewpoints. Strong leaders understand it is not enough to know their own relationship to the road and the destination; they must also be aware of the people around them while physically and mentally accounting for their space, speed, and abilities.
